Dr. Markus Ramming:

Linking Science and Experience

As a Executive Coach, Markus Ramming works to bring long-term positive change to corporate culture. His passion lies in creating leadership structures that ensure every employee is content, healthy, and happy. This stems from his deep conviction that only when employees feel fulfilled in their jobs will they identify themselves with their employer and perform to their highest creative level – this in turn, will also have a positive influence on their health.

Ramming’s prescription for improvement is rooted in the link between how our brains function and how we approach management – a concept known as “neuroleadership.” Many of the recent findings from the field of neuroscience have the potential to revolutionize leadership and to supercharge corporations. Putting these into practice – making management more human-oriented, while at the same time more effective – is his mission.

Team and Executive Coach

Markus, who holds a PhD in neurobiology, spent the first fifteen years of his professional life working in leadership positions at industrial research companies, including serving as project manager and general manager. For more than a decade now, he has been working in leadership development, which has allowed him to fuse his neuroscience expertise with his management experience – an ideal blending of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
